Across the county, around the world, international radio from south Hertfordshire - SHR.
We endeavour to be different by playing music mostly unheard of these days on many radio stations. Our music policy is mainly from the era 1980 -1995 and consists of mainstream chart music, alternative dance music, classic soul, rare grooves and rap with some modern influence and classic oldies. Specialist music programmes are also broadcast.
SHR has a large archive of original and restored content from offshore and pirate radio including recordings from legitmate stations of the past. We recognise the dedicated following for this kind of radio and we are happy to re-broadcast content from these stations on our network.
